MIC Expands to Iraq

MIC and Al-Israa Group (Iraq) sign an agreement which will see Manchester International College's first franchise in Baghdad.

This exciting and ambitious expansion, worth $500.000 USD, will see MIC open its first teaching centre in Baghdad to offer English language and IELTS preparation courses in the first year of operations. In the second year, courses will expand to university foundation programmes, HNDs and postgraduate courses. Once the Baghdad centre opens, additional centres will open in Erbil, Kout and Najaf.

Iraq is a key market with significant demand for high quality English language courses to prepare students to study overseas, as well as to build capacity as Iraq continues to rebuild its education sector. MIC is proud to be part of this.
